(a) Until the amount to be collected and remitted by the consumer organization,
(b) If any consumer violates the conditions mentioned in the agreement between the project office and the consumer, until the action according to the agreement is completed,
(c) If the structure is damaged or is likely to be damaged, until the necessary repairs are carried out. 24. If the project office that is required to give notice has to cut or close the service according to rule 22 or 23, it must give the notice to the relevant consumer organizations and local bodies.
